Returning your purchase
Not sure if you should place that order? No worries! As long as your watch is in exactly the same condition in which you received it, we’ll exchange it or refund you, no questions asked. Ordering a gorgeous watch has never been easier.
You have 30 days to return your watch. So you have plenty of time to decide whether you’d like to return or exchange it. If you choose to return the watch, you will receive a FULL refund on the form of payment you used to buy the watch.
Contact us at email@example.com or complete the form on the “Contact” page. Do not forget to enter order number and a detailed description. A member of our team will follow up with you within the next 48 business hours to provide exact instructions on how you should send back your watch.
Receiving a refund
You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included).
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note that the shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads – way more than even the most loyal SIRRUSH customer would order – then we might have to deactivate the account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

From an environmental perspective, running a sustainable business requires that its activities do not damage the environment or the climate. For Sirrush Watches, one of our sustainability goals is a minimal climate impact and hence this action is much needed.
