Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, fill in your personal information, and enter your payment details.

Once our payment provider processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Click on Account in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. Once your order is shipped the tracking ID will be sent to your email address.

Please contact our Customer Service team (support@sirrushwatches.com) as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfilment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.

Please note that you will also be able to return or exchange your received timepiece, as we are offering a 30-day return or exchange policy.

Orders are processed very quickly. It is not possible to change your billing address once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email.

Coupon codes often have an expiration date and time. Make sure your coupon code has not expired!

Make sure that you enter the coupon code correctly – with no spaces before or after the code, and with all letters/numbers provided. 

Only one discount code may be used at a time. If you’re trying to enter multiple codes, the system will override the discount from the previous code entered.

Pricing & payment

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), which are processed via Stripe Inc., Klarna or PayPal are accepted.

Check to see if your billing address is different from the shipping address on your order. Stripe, our payment system, automatically blocks these transactions for your protection. In that case, we recommend you use another payment method.

As we’re not able to see what is causing this error, some of the most common reasons may be:

  • Incorrect zip code;
  • Incorrect verification code or card details;
  • Insufficient funds / expired card;
  • Declined due to an international purchase (check if this feature is available for your card);
  • Declined by the bank.

We always recommend getting in touch with your bank personally in order to clarify why your transaction cannot be verified.

Prices quoted on our website are quoted in euro (€). 

Sirrush Watches are not responsible for any currency or conversion fees that your bank or card issuer may apply when you are making a purchase on our website. If you have questions about this, please contact your bank for more information.

Your transaction and payment information are handled directly by Stripe, Klarna or PayPal, our payment providers. They use secure encryption and strict bank standard.

Shipping & delivery

Once we ship your order, you should receive a tracking number via email, to the email address used when placing the order.

Please note: Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update, we appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately, currently we do not offer this option. If you would like items to go to separate addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.

We provide free worldwide delivery on all orders.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it will be sent from our warehouse the next working day. During weekends and holidays no orders will be sent out.

In general, following estimates of shipping times can be made (please note that these are estimates and no guarantee):

  • Domestic (Sweden): 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 5-8 business days
  • North America: 7-14 working days
  • Rest of the world: 12-20 working days

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us and we will initiate an inquiry with the courier.  

Very Important: Should your shipment get lost in transit, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the shipping date that you have not received your package. The package will be considered delivered should you fail to notify us within that period, meaning that the responsibility will shift from Sirrush Watches to the recipient or customer.

We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item or your order is missing items, please submit the error by filling out the form at the “Contact” page or send us an email at support@sirrushwatches.com within 7 days from the date you received your order.

After your form is submitted, the responsible representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours. The investigation may continue for 14 working days. If any updates appear, you will be informed personally via email.

The replacement of the order will be shipped to the address provided in the submitted form. The store credit for the order will be provided to the email address that was used for the original order.

Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products have been damaged (whether visibly or hidden) during transit, please report the damage to the courier within 7 days. Transportation damage must also be reported to Sirrush Watches within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do it by filling out the form on the “Contact” page or by sending an email to support@sirrushwatches.com.

If the parcel is confirmed as damaged, we will proceed with the store credit of your paid amount for the original order or the replacement of the order.

IMPORTANT:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. To determine whether your order may require additional tax and/or duty charges for importation, please contact your local customs office.  There are online duty calculators available that will give an approximate amount you will have to pay, but none will provide guarantees.

Sirrush Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your order. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you request shipping to an EU-member state address:

There are no additional customs taxes/duties to be paid. The price you see is the amount you will pay.

returns & exchange

As an important part of our value chain, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item you wish to return must be in mint/unworn condition. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). If you would like to request a return for your timepiece, please fill out the form on the “Contact” page or send an email to support@sirrushwatches.com so our support team could send you further instructions.

Yes, you can change your Sirrush item within 30 days of receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. 

You will receive Sirrush Watches store credit, once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories/gifts included). You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

After you receive a confirmation from our customer support representative, the exchanging item should be sent to Sirrush Watches within 7 days. Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your store credit.

warranty & repair

Your Sirrush watch is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via support@sirrushwatches.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.

Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.

Please note, your warranty does not cover:

  • Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.);
  • Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and aging (i.e. scratched case or crystal, alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps);
  • Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the watch. Water penetration or damage caused under these circumstances will not be covered by warranty;
  • Sirrush watches serviced by non-certified repair staff (e.g. for battery replacement, service, or repairs);

Your warranty receipt should be shipped along with your watch. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty but is available for a reasonable fee. 

The quality of our watches is of utmost importance to us, and we take our service requests seriously.   First and foremost, we need you to contact us via support@sirrushwatches.com. A member of our team will then analyse your request and provide you with a response within 48 business hours. Please do NOT send the watch back to us until you have received a response from us.

Once you have received a response from a member of our team, and they tell you that your watch needs to be sent back to us, please follow the exact steps outlined in their email to you so that you do not incur charges for the service.

All SIRRUSH products are packed in a beautifully designed black piano lacquered wooden box which is perfect for gifting.  If you want additional paper wrapping please let us know. 

SIRRUSH timepieces have a special 3D engraving on the case back which express the inspiration of our watches. However, if you are interested in engraving a personal message on your item, you can take it to your local jeweler to personalize your gift. Please keep in mind that if the timepiece is engraved it will no longer be possible to return it for a refund or exchange.
